Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is capped at 5 Q&A pairs and 200 messages a month, shows the ConvoRail badge on the widget, and needs no credit card to start.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices on this page are shown for your detected location. If we can't detect it, or your country has no specific rate, you see the global USD price.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Usage is capped rather than silently overcharged. Once you reach your plan's Q&A pair or monthly message limit, you need to move to a higher plan to continue.
Can I change plans later?
Self-serve plan switching isn't available yet. Contact us and we'll move your account manually.
Can I add more teammates to my account?
Each plan includes team seats: Free 1, Starter 2, Growth 3 and Scale 4. You can buy extra seats from Settings > Team in your dashboard, charged through Razorpay. Bundle prices are shown there.
Do unused messages roll over?
No. The monthly message allowance resets each billing period instead of accumulating.
How do I remove the ConvoRail badge?
The "Powered by ConvoRail" badge is removed on the Scale plan. It stays on Free, Starter and Growth.
Is there an enterprise plan?
Enterprise is a custom arrangement for larger needs. Contact us with your requirements and we'll say plainly what we can offer.
